Spacers

Clear hole, these items do not have an internal thread.

  • Can be made from hex or round material.

  • We make them in leaded steel, aluminum, stainless steel or brass.

  • Used as a bushing or a spacer that assembles over a threaded product.

Standoff

Female/Female threaded part

  • Can be made from hex or round material.

  • We make them in leaded steel, aluminum, stainless steel or brass.

  • Used in applications where boards or other items need to be fastened to each other.

  • Note: not all female/female standoffs are tapped all the way through. Call one of our knowledgeable sales staff for your part's specifications.

Standoff

Male/Female threaded part.

  • Can be made from hex or round material.

  • We make them in leaded steel, aluminum, stainless steel or brass.

  • Most male lengths are standard sizes depending on the thread specified.

  • Female tap depths are also standard.

  • Call us if different male and/or female dimensions are needed.

  • In male/female standoffs the male length is constant and the body length varies.

Swage Spacers

Clear hole swage part

  • Can be made from hex or round material.

  • We make them in leaded steel or brass.

  • Used in applications calling out for a peened over swage.

  • Same as a clear hole spacer, in regards that it has no internal threads.

Swage Standoffs

Threaded swage part.

  • Can be made from hex or round material.

  • We make them in leaded steel or brass.

  • Used in applications calling for an internally threaded part with a peened over swage.
